KAISER ulp strike authorization vote

Voting Info

your kASIER pHARMACY bargaining committee recommends a “yes” vote to authorize a ulp strike

Kaiser has engaged in UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES in an attempt to weaken our ability to achieve a fair contract at the bargaining table.

UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES are actions that intimidate, interfere, or limit your ability to exercise your rights under the law or your contract. They include actions meant to undermine our power to negotiate collectively, including unlawfully surveilling and intimidating members engaging in union activities connected to your contract campaign.

KAISER HAS ENGAGED IN THE FOLLOWING UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES:

  • Denying access to a union representative

  • Failure to provide information necessary to bargaining

  • Surveilling, intimidating, and interrogating workers over Union activity

  • Several other unfair labor practices against our siblings in the Alliance of Healthcare Unions
