¡Nuestro contrato con El Super ha sido ratificado!
Aumentos para todos. Protecciones de inmigración aseguradas. Bonos por ratificación incluidos.
Después de 10 meses en la mesa de negociación, incontables conversaciones con nuestros compañeros, acciones en nuestras tiendas, el fuerte apoyo de clientes y de la comunidad, y un voto abrumador de los miembros, hemos ratificado nuestro contrato con El Super Markets.
Porque nos mantuvimos unidos, este contrato garantiza:
✔ Aumentos de sueldo para todos
✔ Protecciones de inmigración
✔ Bonos de ratificación (en lugar de pago retroactivo)
✔ Y más
Esto no pasó por casualidad. Pasó porque participamos. Firmamos peticiones. Hablamos con nuestros clientes. Marchamos frente a nuestras tiendas y frente a la sede de Chedraui USA. Hablamos con los medios sobre dignidad, seguridad y respeto. Cada acción hizo que la empresa se moviera.
Aunque este contrato no incluye todo por lo que luchamos, representa avances reales y demuestra lo que es posible cuando nos mantenemos unidos con nuestros compañeros y con nuestra comunidad. Imaginen lo que podemos lograr en el próximo contrato si trabajamos juntos. Ese trabajo empieza ahora.

After 10 months at the bargaining table, countless conversations with co-workers, actions in our stores, powerful support from customers and the community, and an overwhelming member vote, we have ratified our contract with El Super Markets.
Because we stood together, this contract delivers:
✔ Wage increases for everyone
✔ Immigration protections
✔ Ratification bonuses (instead of retro pay)
✔ And more
This didn’t happen by accident. It happened because we showed up. We signed petitions. We talked to our customers. We marched in front of our stores and Chedraui USA headquarters. We spoke out to the media about dignity, safety, and respect. Every action moved the company.
While this contract may not include everything we fought for, it represents real movement and proof of what’s possible when we stand in solidarity with our co-workers and our community. Imagine what we can achieve on the next contract when we all work together. That work starts now.
