Your Union Negotiated Bonus is on its Way!
Your union negotiated Performance Sharing Program (PSP) payout will be included in your March 7th paycheck.
Congratulations to all our UBTs at each of the medical centers for the work they did in reaching our goals! We deeply appreciate your hard work and the pivotal role you play in our success.
To be eligible for a payout:
Employees must be in job classifications covered by this Agreement during the program year and be active on December 31, 2024, to receive a payment for this year.
Employees with less than 1,800 hours worked (part time) will receive a bonus prorated by hours worked.
Employees will be paid according to their entities, i.e. CLS are SCPMG and pharmacy is KFH.
