Después de cuatro meses de negociaciones, Overhill Farms presentó su oferta final el Viernes, 7 de Noviembre. Aunque logramos algunos acuerdos tentativos respecto a señoría, horarios, lenguaje de inmigración, bono por antigüedad y asistencia, la oferta de Overhill no se acerca a nuestra meta de sueldos y ni siquiera se iguala a los aumentos de nuestro último contrato.
Tu comité de negociaciones de la Unión recomienda que votes “NO” a esta oferta.

OVERHILL Contract VOTE
After four months of bargaining, Overhill Farms presented their final offer on Friday, Nov.7. Although we did come to some tentative agreements on seniority, scheduling, immigration language, longevity bonus, and attendance, Overhill’s offer doesn’t come close to meeting our wage goal and doesn’t even match the increases in our last contract.
Your union bargaining committee recommends a “NO” vote on this offer.

The vote will be in-person only. Please, come to the HP Office to cast your vote! You will have the opportunity to review the company’s offer before you vote. Then, you will submit your ballot by scanning a QR code. There will be staff available to assist you. Make your voice heard!
