ULP Strike Ready as We Return to Bargaining
Across the Alliance, Kaiser members are united and determined to win a contract that delivers fair wage increases, contract alignment, and pay equity for every division. We return to the Kaiser National Bargaining table on October 28, 2025, and will continue to keep you informed as negotiations move forward.
The UFCW 770 Pharmacy Division members have made it clear they are ready to take action, including a potential Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike if Kaiser continues to violate the law. Recent picket meetings in Kern County and Los Angeles showed powerful turnout and strong solidarity across worksites.
Pharmacy members should stay alert and watch for additional Unfair Labor Practices as our campaign for respect and fairness continues.
Kern Main will also return to the local table for bargaining on October 28th. We are still fighting to resolve issues around full time positions and career ladders.
Kern Admin and CLS members, since your contract doesnโt expire until next year, you canโt strike at this time, but you can support Alliance siblings as well as your UFCW siblings should they be forced to strike. This misalignment in expiration dates is one of the things we are trying to fix in these negotiations.
