VOTO DE RATIFICACIÓN DE CONTRATO CON Santa Cruz Markets
Your Santa Cruz Markets bargaining committee reached a tentative agreement on your contract, but the deal is not final until you make your voice heard by voting.
This tentative agreement delivers guaranteed raises with no pay cuts, protects full-timer Sunday premiums, improves sick leave and bereavement, strengthens union rights and seniority, ensures fair scheduling and continued health benefits, and provides emergency protections for workers.
But remember, nothing is final until we all have the chance to review the details and cast our vote.
We will hold contract informational meetings on Wednesday, December 3rd at 9 AM and 6:30PM at our Santa Barbara Office to review the proposed contract and answer your questions.

Voting INFO:
Voting will be ONLINE Friday 12/05/2025 from 8AM to 5PM.
We will use ElectionBuddy, a secure online voting platform. Please check your email and text messages for your unique voting link and instructions. Union Reps will be in your stores to assist you with the voting process.
Remember, this is a tentative agreement, and your vote determines if it becomes final.

Este acuerdo tentativo ofrece aumentos garantizados sin recortes salariales, protege el pago dominical más alto para los trabajadores de tiempo completo, mejora las licencias por enfermedad y duelo, fortalece los derechos sindicales y la antigüedad, garantiza horarios justos y la continuidad de los beneficios de salud, y brinda protecciones para los trabajadores durante emergencias.
