Super A Tentative Agreement
Acuerdo tentativo CON Super A
On July 24th, your bargaining committee reached a tentative agreement on your contract with Super A, but the deal is not final until you make your voice heard by voting Tuesday July 29.
This tentative agreement includes wage increases, pension improvements, and immigration protections. But remember – nothing is final until we all have the chance to review the details and cast our vote.

Voting will be ONLINE Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 8AM to 6PM
We will use ElectionBuddy, a secure online voting platform. Please check your email and text messages for your unique voting link and instructions. Reps will be in stores to answer any questions about the tentative agreement.
Remember, this is a tentative agreement, and your vote determines if it becomes final.

El 24 de Julio tu comité de negociaciones logró un acuerdo tentativo de tu nuevo contrato con Super A, pero este acuerdo no es definitivo hasta que hagas oír tu voz votando mañana martes 29 de Julio.
Este acuerdo tentativo incluye aumento de sueldos, mejoras a la pensión y protecciones de inmigración. Pero recuerda, nada es definitivo hasta que todos hayamos tenido la oportunidad de revisar los detalles y dar nuestro voto.
