If your store is on strike:
Report to the picket line at your store
Encourage friends and family to join you in support
Contact your Union Rep with your questions or concerns
DO NOT CROSS THE PICKET LINE IN FRONT OF STORES ON STRIKE. This will weaken our strike and result in a weaker contract! If you are put on the schedule at a struck store you have a legal right to join our picket line.
If your store is not on strike:
Report to the picket line at the stores on a ULP strike during your time off to support your fellow CVS workers.
Encourage your co-workers to support the ULP strike on their time off.
Stay in touch with what is happening with the ULP strikes. Follow UFCW 770 on social media @ufcw770 everywhere and ensure you receive text messages from your union.
Remain united with your co-workers on strike and demand CVS treat their employees with dignity and respect.
DO NOT WALK OUT OF YOUR STORE! Unless you have been notified by a union representative that your store is on strike, you should continue to work. If you walk out when your store is not on strike, you could be disciplined and/or fired by your employer

CVS has committed unfair labor practices against the hardworking employees at union CVS pharmacies, intimidating, surveilling, threatening, and denying access to workers union representation, which severely limits their ability to get the contract they deserve.
CVS Workers are fighting for: fair pay, affordable health insurance, and safer stores to serve their patients, customers, and communities.

Si su tienda está en huelga:
Preséntese en la línea de piquete de su tienda
Anime a sus amigos y familiares a que se unan a usted en apoyo
Comuníquese con su representante sindical si tiene preguntas o inquietudes
NO CRUCE LA LÍNEA DE PIQUETE FRENTE A LAS TIENDAS EN HUELGA. ¡Esto debilitará nuestra huelga y dará como resultado un contrato más débil! Si te ponen en el horario de una tienda en huelga, tienes el derecho legal de unirte a nuestra línea de piquete.
Si tu tienda no está en huelga:
Preséntate en la línea de piquete de las tiendas en huelga de ULP durante tu tiempo libre para apoyar a tus compañeros de trabajo de CVS.
Anima a tus compañeros de trabajo a apoyar la huelga de ULP en su tiempo libre.
Mantente en contacto con lo que está sucediendo con las huelgas de ULP. Sigue a UFCW 770 en las redes sociales @ufcw770 en todas partes y asegúrate de recibir mensajes de texto de tu sindicato.
Mantente unido con tus compañeros de trabajo en huelga y exige que CVS trate a sus empleados con dignidad y respeto.
¡NO SALGAS DE TU TIENDA! A menos que un representante sindical te haya notificado que tu tienda está en huelga, debes seguir trabajando. Si sales cuando tu tienda no está en huelga, tu empleador podría disciplinarte y/o despedirte.
