Kaiser is refusing to bargain, which is an unfair labor practice
Our contract fight is about more than wages, despite Kaiser’s messaging
Over 25 local contracts remain open with critical unresolved issues
The national issues that remain unresolved include contract alignment, equity funding, staffing levels, a fair PSP, retroactive wage increases, and caregiver voice in patient care
We must stay united with Alliance siblings as we fight for the respect, dignity, and contract that every worker deserves.
