Kaiser Bargaining Update

Kaiser negotiations are set to resume on December 11. While both sides have made some movement in earlier sessions, the company has not addressed several core issues that directly affect patient care and frontline staff.
As negotiations pick back up, we will stay united and ready to act, making sure Kaiser understands that real solutions, not temporary fixes, are needed to support the people who keep the system running.
Take Action
We need to keep showing Kaiser that Kaiser workers, our patients and communities are united, organized, and ready to fight for safe staffing, quality care, and a fair contract.
