Kaiser’s PSP Payout Amounts Are Unacceptable!

Update | March 4, 2026

We’re Fighting Back!

We have heard from Kaiser workers that they are receiving PSP payouts as low as $60 this year. This is unacceptable! That amount does not reflect your hard work, your dedication to patients, or the sacrifices you made over the past year.

Kaiser is attempting to blame these low payouts on the strike. We know that is not true. Before the strike ever began, Kaiser was already claiming that financial gates had not been met. Now they are attempting to implement low PSP payouts to divide us.

We feel that this is a form of retaliation. Southern California is the only region where Kaiser has not released the official scorecard to justify these PSP amounts. If their numbers are legitimate, they should have no problem showing the scorecard.

We will not allow Kaiser to punish workers for exercising our legal right to stand together. UFCW and our Alliance partners are fighting back to make sure you get what you have earned.

Stay united. Stay informed. Rely on your union as your source for updates.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Union Representative or Steward.
