Red Shell Update: New Leadership, But Workers Still Need Real Progress

Bargaining resumes June 16–17.
We’re heading back to the table with Red Shell on June 16 and 17 for our next round of bargaining.
As many of you have heard, Red Shell now has a new president. That means we’ll be negotiating with new leadership moving forward. We are hopeful this creates an opportunity to break the current standstill and make meaningful progress on the issues that matter most to us.
At the same time, we are prepared. If the company continues to delay and avoid real movement at the table, we will escalate our actions to increase pressure and hold them accountable.
We also know many of you are dealing with ongoing issues around insurance. These concerns have been raised directly, and we are actively pushing the company for answers and real solutions. We understand how important this is, and it remains a priority.
We’ll continue to keep you updated after the next sessions. In the meantime, stay connected, keep talking with your coworkers, and stay engaged. Our unity is our strength at the bargaining table.

Regresamos a la mesa de negociación con Red Shell el 16 y 17 de junio para nuestra próxima ronda de negociaciones.
Como muchos ya han escuchado, Red Shell ahora tiene un nuevo presidente. Esto significa que estaremos negociando con un nuevo liderazgo de ahora en adelante. Tenemos la esperanza de que esto abra una oportunidad para romper el estancamiento actual y lograr avances significativos en los temas que más nos importan.
Al mismo tiempo, estamos preparados. Si la compañía continúa retrasando y evitando un progreso real en la mesa, intensificaremos nuestras acciones para aumentar la presión y exigir que rindan cuentas.
