Update on Kaiser ATB Wage Increases

Today Kaiser informed us that across-the-board (ATB) wage increases and longevity raises will be seen in your June 26 paychecks for all Southern California UFCW Kaiser members. Additionally, retro pay will be paid effective back to March 15, 2026 as soon as administratively feasible, typically 2-3 pay periods following the initial ATB/wage scale adjustment check.
The Alliance has tried to work with the company to resolve our PSP concerns, but the company refused to make any adjustments. So UFCW has filed an all affected grievance for the most recent PSP bonus.
Lastly, we’re restarting partnership activities, including UBTs, LMP trainings, LMP Councils, staffing committees, attendance committees, and more. Many of you are understandably angry with Kaiser because of the contract, but these spaces are where you can make your voice heard. Without you, management will unilaterally make decisions on your behalf or take advantage of your absence in these activities.
