Agreement includes higher wages, better retirement benefits, healthcare improvements, staffing, SAFETY and more
After more than five months of relentless hard work, determination, and unprecedented participation, we’re excited to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with Stater Bros.! From boycotts, rallies, marches, petitions, and wearing buttons to one-on-one conversations with our coworkers and customers, we stayed strong.
Following an intense two-day session that began on Tuesday morning, we’ve secured an agreement that addresses our priorities, which we want to share with you. It includes higher wages, improved pensions, better and faster access to healthcare, staffing, safety and more that we’ve earned and deserve. But remember – nothing is final until we all have the chance to review the details and cast our vote.
This victory wouldn’t have been possible without the power of our collective action. Together, we stood up to the company’s disrespect and made it clear that we are a strong union family, united in solidarity to fight for the contract we deserve.
Next Steps
Remember, this is a tentative agreement. It is not final until you vote to accept it.
You will have the opportunity to review the deal and have your questions addressed before casting your vote. We will be scheduling vote days, times, and locations and informational webinars shortly, so please look out for updates from your local union.

VICTORIA: ¡Hemos logrado un Acuerdo Tentativo De Nuestro Contrato con Stater Brothers!
El acuerdo incluye sueldos más altos, mejores beneficios de retiro, mejoras al seguro médico, dotación de personal y seguridad, entre otros logros
Después de más de cinco meses de imparable duro trabajo, determinación y participación sin precedentes, nos emociona anunciar que ¡hemos logrado un acuerdo tentativo con Stater Brothers! Desde los boicots, manifestaciones, marchas, peticiones y el ponerte los botones de la campaña hasta las conversaciones cara a cara con nuestros compañeros de trabajo y clientes, nos mantuvimos fuertes.
Luego de una intensa sesión de negociaciones de dos días que comenzó el martes por la mañana, logramos un acuerdo que responde a nuestras prioridades y que queremos compartir contigo. Incluye sueldos más altos, mejor pensión, mejor y más rápido acceso al seguro médico, suficiente personal y seguridad, entre otros logros que nos hemos ganado y merecemos. Pero recuerda: nada es definitivo hasta que todos tengamos la oportunidad de revisar los detalles y emitir nuestro voto.
Esta victoria no habría sido posible sin el poder de nuestra acción colectiva. Juntos, luchamos en contra de la falta de respeto de la empresa y dejamos claro que somos una familia de unión fuerte, unidos en solidaridad para luchar por el contrato que merecemos.

Recuerda, este es un acuerdo tentativo. No es definitivo hasta que tú votes para aceptarlo. Tendrás la oportunidad de revisar el acuerdo y que tus preguntas sean respondidas antes de emitir tu voto. Pronto estaremos programando los días, horas y lugares de la votación así como las juntas informativas por Zoom, por favor, mantente al pendiente de las actualizaciones de parte de tu local de Unión.
