Kaiser ATB Wage Increases Coming Next Week

MAKE SURE YOU ARE RECEIVING THE CONTRACTUALLY REQUIRED 6.5% INCREASE

Kaiser has informed us that all Southern California UFCW Kaiser members will receive your across-the-board (ATB) wage increase and longevity raise in your June 26 paycheck.

In addition, retroactive pay dating back to March 15, 2026, will be issued as soon as administratively feasible. Kaiser estimates this will typically occur within 2–3 pay periods after the initial wage increase is reflected.

Please review your paycheck carefully and verify that your wage increase is the contractually required 6.5%. We are hearing reports from other unions that some Kaiser wage calculations may be inaccurate.

If you have any questions or concerns about your pay, contact your steward or union representative right away.
