Our Fight Made Us Stronger for Our Next Contract Campaign
Our new three-year agreement with Red Shell has officially been ratified! Thank you for taking the time to vote and making your voice heard. Because of our solidarity and commitment to fighting for the contract we deserve, our new contract includes:
Wage increases
A new supplemental pension plan to help workers in their retirement
Faster healthcare eligibility requirements for new hires
And more!
Contract ratification didn’t come easy. The company attempted to take away benefits we already had in our contract and we had to fight to ensure we were respected by the company. But we remained strong and we built the strength we needed to reach this agreement.
We are absolutely stronger together, and we are that much stronger for our next contract campaign, so continue to stay engaged with your co-workers, and your union throughout these next three years.

¡Nuestro nuevo acuerdo de tres años con Red Shell ha sido ratificado oficialmente! Gracias por tomarte el tiempo para votar y hacer escuchar tu voz.
Gracias a nuestra solidaridad y al compromiso de luchar por el contrato que merecemos, nuestro nuevo contrato incluye:
Aumentos salariales
Un nuevo plan suplementario de pensión para ayudar a los trabajadores durante su jubilación
Requisitos de elegibilidad para el seguro médico más rápidos para los nuevos empleados
¡Y mucho más!
La ratificación del contrato no fue fácil. La empresa intentó quitar beneficios que ya teníamos en nuestro contrato y tuvimos que luchar para asegurarnos de que la empresa nos respetara. Pero nos mantuvimos firmes y construimos la fuerza que necesitábamos para alcanzar este acuerdo.
Somos más fuertes cuando actuamos juntos, y ahora somos aún más fuertes para nuestra próxima campaña de contrato. Por eso, sigue participando junto a tus compañeros de trabajo y mantente involucrado con tu Union durante los próximos tres años.
